Class Policy
At the Peterborough Academy of Circus Arts (PACA), we offer inspiring and inclusive circus class.

Registration & Payment
All participants must register online prior to attending classes.
Full payment is required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We accept major credit cards and e-transfer; no cash payments accepted.
Attendance & Make-up Classes
Regular attendance is important for safety and progression.
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed, but may be offered at the discretion of the instructor if space is available.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session starts are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start date or after classes begin.
If PACA cancels a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or class credit will be offered.
Safety & Conduct
Students must follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines.
Proper attire is required: tight-fitting clothing, no jewelry, long hair tied back.
PACA reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund..
Age & Skill Levels
Classes are grouped by age and/or skill level to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Students may be reassigned or assessed to ensure proper class placement.
Waivers & Health
All participants (or their legal guardians) must complete a liability waiver before attending.
Please inform instructors of any injuries or health conditions prior to participation.
Students must stay home if feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness.

PACA occasionally photographs or films classes for promotional use.
